The client’s brief
The client needed separate contact lists for seven healthcare categories. The brief distinguished students and residents from professionals and specialist companies. It called for individual contact details rather than a single general list.
The research challenge
Finding the right contact was only part of the task. Individual email addresses required verification, which made the research more involved than collecting generic organisation inboxes. The client also requested available lists while research continued on the remaining categories.
How we carried out the work
Work began on 30 July 2025 with the chiropractic list. The team researched the categories separately and checked individual email addresses. Completed lists were sent in stages, followed by updates on the remaining work.
The seven research categories
The original brief estimated approximately 14,000 contacts. This is the requested scope, not a verified count of delivered records.
What was delivered
The chiropractic list was sent in August, followed by ophthalmology and dermatology lists in September. Podiatry followed in October. The specialist-company lists were sent in November, and the final delivery email on 20 November 2025 confirmed completion of the full project.
The result
The client received separate contact-list files for the agreed categories, with delivery spread across the project. This gave the client access to completed lists before the remaining research was finished. The project demonstrates category-specific research, individual email checks and staged handover.
